The College of West Anglia

The College of West Anglia is one of the largest and most successful colleges in the Eastern region. We have around 800 staff and over 10,000 students. Across our three campuses in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire and local learning centres, we offer the widest choice of learning opportunities in the region. In January 2013, the college was inspected by Ofsted and assessed as “Good”. It is also graded as satisfactory for financial health. We offer a range of management, lecturing and support staff employment opportunities

The campus in King’s Lynn offers a wide range of programmes including vocational, A-level, apprenticeship and higher education courses with similar provision offered at our Isle Campus in Wisbech. Both campuses have seen significant investment in accommodation.

Our Cambridge campus in Milton offers land-based programmes such as agriculture, equine, animal care and veterinary nursing as well as degree-level programmes. The campus also boasts a popular Equine Therapy Centre, livery, horse riding lessons, state-of-the-art dog grooming centre and vet teaching clinic.

Our Sports Campus is located at Lynnsport in King’s Lynn, providing students with access to some of the best facilities in the region both for their learning and for taking part in sport. This includes a modern teaching and learning environment with well-equipped classrooms, sports science lab and student social spaces.

We work in partnership with Anglia Ruskin University to offer an increasing range of higher education courses including degrees, foundation degrees and HNDs at all 3 campuses. We also work with hundreds of employers across Norfolk and Cambridgeshire in supporting students through apprenticeships in a wide variety of work areas. Our centre at Downham Market caters for the needs of employers and industry. The College has also founded the CWA Academy Trust which is a multi academy trust working with a family of academies in the region.
